- Nominator comment It's pretty clearly an advertising campaign since there are a spate of these articles (Ivy-China Elite Development Program, Columbia Asia-Pacific Development Society, Peking University Global Exchange Network for Students) all created by Special:Contributions/Bgxcpku.
