A non-notable businessman, a cofounder of a 2018 startup Younk that is already forgotten by RS, and the startup even was not very notable in 2018 ([1] has no mention of Yelizarov, [2] only lists him as a cofounder of many listed startups). Article looks like a resume and not an encyclopedic entity. P. S. The creator is likely an undeclared paid editor, Special:CentralAuth/ОШ = Special:CentralAuth/GGFox = Special:CentralAuth/Servaz T.
