An extremely promotional page on a non-notable individual (in the encyclopedic sense). Subject does not meet any of the criteria of WP:NAUTHOR. Sourcing is very weak and I couldn't find any better; the only RS here is the one from the Hamilton Spectator. Article also has an interesting story of declined drafts and SPAs.
