Nothing has improved since the last AfD. I'm unable to find sources, and the claim that this party is the "first women's political party" in Pakistan is dubious (even if claims like these indicate notability) because the source doesn't make this claim, but someone else related to the party. Everything else I could find was just a mention in a list. Finally, the article was created by User:Rubina Shaheen, modified by User:Pwml, and relatively recently User:Rubinashaheenpk--all clearly COIs. This is just not a notable political party.
