Seems to me to be a dictionary term which is only been made into an article to promote a product. Not exactly blatant advertising, so I don't think CSD applies. - Keep - I agree with Lilac Soul that the original intent of the article was to advertise a website. I have cleaned up and sourced the article now. It's still a stub and the sources aren't the best in the world, but I think this is a notable concept and more sources can be found.
