Contested proposed deletion. Non-notable software, apparently relating to the supervision of computer programmers. Google News yields no significant results. Article is advertising in tone, consisting of nothing but feature lists, and non-notable mutual-backscratching awards like "The Most Innovative IT Solution 2008".
