Article was created in 2010 by Ashok.radhakrishnan whose only edits have been to the article. The first AFD was no consensus. He has never played or managed a club in a FPL so fails WP:NFOOTBALL The alleged Santosh Trophy appearance is irrelevant because that is a tournament between states not clubs.
