- Delete. This article appears to have been created to promote a POV that the areas mentioned in the article belong to the People's Republic of China. This is not what Wikipedia should be doing. This article in in breach of Wikipedia policies on Wikipedia:Neutral point of view and Wikipedia:No original research.--Toddy1 (talk) 16:31, 15 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. Looks like original research. No references in the article. Google books search for this term gives no results. --DonaldDuck (talk) 12:09, 19 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment. The Chinese Wiki article appears to predate this one. Perhaps someone who can read and search Chinese text can shed some light on how prevalent the term is in that language. Location (talk) 16:54, 20 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Even on Baidu virtually none of the non-user content sources mention the term in full "外西北", and in the context of the Sino–Russian Peking Treaty, some variant of 'Northwest Territories' or 'Northwest China' is used, but never "外西北". While this could not be said about the content of the article itself, the term/article title would seem to be entirely made up. —Xiaoyu: 聊天 (T) 和 贡献 (C) 17:18, 20 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
