A somewhat unencyclopaedic article written by an editor with an apparent conflict of interest. Subject is also of questionable notability. Adam9007 (talk) 02:04, 25 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think the issue of notability is particularly egregious since a sizable number of the artists who worked with Outbreak went on to become some of the figureheads within their respective genres and the popular music spectrum as a whole.--Abe7494 (talk) 22:53, 25 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. I looked at all 40 citations. Every one is publicity material for tours or other events. I do not consider that any of them demonstrates notability either for Outbreak or for the artists involved. At best, they could be used to support statements like "X toured nationwide in 20xx" in an article about X - and even then, none shows that a tour took place, only that it was planned.

None of the citations is specifically about Outbreak. None describes it in any detail. In my opinion, none is an independent WP:RS. In my opinion, this article fails to pass WP:ORG.

The fact that notable artists have worked with Outbreak is neither here nor there. Notability is not inherited. Narky Blert (talk) 12:57, 15 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
