The longstanding consensus at AFD (I'm not sure how often you drop by the school AfD area, so you may not be aware of it) is that all but the most exceptionally noteworthy primary and elementary schools are not considered to be appropriate topics for a stand-alone article. FYI -- there are many schools that bear this name, though this and EE Oliver Elementary School (which also appears to be non-notable) are the only ones currently reflected I believe with standalone articles at the Project (see also these mentions of other Oliver Elementary schools in wp articles). In addition to this one, there's another one in the Stamford Independent School District, as well as EE Oliver School, Clara Oliver Elementary School (List of schools of the Dallas Independent School District), E. Benjamin Oliver Elementary School in the St. Thomas-St. John School District and George H. Oliver Elementary School in the Clarksdale Municipal School District
