Austria has a president. The president has an office and a bunch of office assistants. I don't think they need their own article. The subject does not appear to have any useful WP:RS coverage; when Austrian newsmedia mention the Präsidentschaftskanzlei, they are using the word as a metonymic reference either to the president himself or to one of his spokespersons.
