Delete. There is no evidence that this newspaper has ever been widely cited or talk about outside of its limited audience. Indeed, the article itself doesn't make any such claim. By the way, the paper's run was for only four years, not seven. NewYorkActuary (talk) 01:57, 16 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
