Not enough in-depth coverage from independent reliable sources to meet WP:GNG. The few sources out there are mostly quotes by him, and not in-depth coverage. Agreed that this figure has low level notability - however, being the founding member of a regular Pride event and also head organizer of the first Pride in a culturally significant British city gives an important notability within a minority community.
