Delete. Mayors aren't presumptively notable under NPOL, and Flores in particular doesn't seem to have attracted the sort of significant coverage in reliable sources necessary to meet the WP:GNG. (There are a few passing mentions, but that's about it.) I suppose one could argue for a redirect to the town's article, but that seems unnecessary since she isn't mentioned outside of the infobox.
