Delete. Doesn't meet WP:GNG or WP:ATHLETE. Another article, for a minor player, that doesn't assert notability. I found a lot of matches to the name in Vietnamese -- but based on Google translate, they seem to mostly be about a lawyer or an author, not a volleyball player.
