Apparently a hoax. I can't find any reliable sources, or indeed any, that aren't newer than the article. A number of the alleged sources (which Google can't translate) look dubious. Delete – From Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dzok Trun Trun and the rest of the author's edit history, the Wikipediocracy article, etc., it certainly looks like a hoax.
