Keep. The proper name of this event is Busan Sunrise Festival (부산해맞이축제). I added a bit of information regarding how it was first developed. There are plenty of Korean-languages regarding this subject [1]. ℯ xplicit 14:04, 14 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
