Probable Delete: While she doesn't appear to have strong claims against NACTOR, I note that she has had two weddings in the NYT (http://www.nytimes.com/1991/04/07/style/miss-sciutto-marries-t-d-hooper-2d.html and http://www.nytimes.com/2001/09/30/style/weddings-nellie-sciutto-christopher-reeg.html), and wonder given her various roles in fashion/lifestyle presentation/reportage/expertise -- for instance she was one of E's Red Carpet interviewers for the 2011 Oscars -- whether she might have met notability requirements for celebrity/personality instead at some period in time, in which case sources would be offline fashion/gossip magazines.
