WP:BLP of a political and business figure, not reliably sourced as passing our notability criteria for either occupation. As written, the article does not claim that he's ever held any political role that would confer an automatic pass of WP:NPOL -- it says he was an organizer and activist, not an elected officeholder -- so the key to making him notable enough for inclusion would require getting him over WP:GNG on the sourcing. But there's just one reference here, which isn't enough by itself, and the article features a lot of completely unsourced biographical detail that falls somewhere along the line between original research and the possibility of outright conflict of interest. As I'm not an expert in locating Bangladeshi sources, I'm willing to withdraw this if somebody with Bengali language skills can improve the article to properly demonstrate his notability -- but in this form, it's not good enough. • Quick Delete. No single mention found by searching google with bengali keywords of his name ‘নাঈম আহমেদ খান’ or ‘মোহাম্মাদ নাঈম’।~Yahya () • 17:41, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Speedy Delete. This is absolutely not up to WP:BLP standards. For all we know, all of this article is completely made up, except what comes from that one tiny news story. Get it off the public-facing internet. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hsplus (talkcontribs) 18:11, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Per Worldbruce's comments, I have changed my view from "speedy delete" to "delete." While the article as it is has few sources and is not WP:BLP-friendly, it is clearly about a notable figure, and a number of sources on this person exist if you use the terms provided below. With these sources, the article could be brought up to standards. But if it isn't updated, it should go. To be continued, HarrySay hello! 04:42, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. Does not appear to meet the biographical notability guideline, however, the article makes a credible claim of significance so A7 speedy deletion is inapplicable. As it has a single source, BLPPROD wouldn't apply either, so AFD is the right venue. SITH (talk) 20:59, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete - does not meet any of the above mentioned guidelines Spiderone 23:03, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment Without taking a position on the notability of the subject, I note that prior to nomination WP:SPAs and IPs had removed a reference and vandalized his name and biodata. Searches in Bengali, by his name as stated in the text at the time of nomination, and/or with keywords "Bangladeshi" or "businessman", would have found no results, because the subject is none of those things. Searches for "Nayeem Khan" with parties "Hurriyat Conference", "JKLF", or "JKNF" are more productive. --Worldbruce (talk) 13:32, 30 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
