A search shows only 12 hits for this award on Google News, and only 15 on Google Books... None of these appears to discuss the awards themselves but instead are mentions of some production company or another receiving the award. While there are lots of plain Google hits, the number of reliable, independent, verifiable, published, non-trivial discussions seems to suggest this award is, in fact, not notable. Article has existed for 8 years with no new references beyond its own official website and its awards site (which are the same site). Maybe this one does not meet Wikipedia's notability criteria.
