Speedy delete. The sources plainly verify that Chattha lost the 2016 assembly by-election that this article claims he won, and even the claim that he is "President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Gujranwala" was cited to a source which explicitly named somebody else, not him, as being appointed to that position. (And even if he had been appointed to that position, it's not an WP:NPOL-passing position that would have gotten him a Wikipedia article in and of itself.) That makes this a clearcut WP:HOAX.
