Article about minor organisation promoting road users' rights (just motorcyclists). Article has been long-tagged for non-notability and nothing has been done to improve it. Most recent editing was about organisational infighting and involved COI. Nothing was/has been done to improve the article. Last person to edit the article has a still undeclared conflict of interest as the organisation's chair. His last contributions at ANI were revoked (I believe because they to make legal threats.).
