Keep notability is established by the existence of in-depth coverage of the subject in independent, reliable sources. Such coverage exist and is present in the article. The article might look somewhat promotional due to use of terms like "internet celebrity". That could be clarified; the artist is not a celebrity in the sense that she receives coverage in the tabloids, she performs one. That can be fixed with editing. Keep - Artist clearly meets WP:GNG and WP:NARTIST criteria for inclusion. Their work has been included in many exhibitions at notable venues; they have received SIGCOV of their work over an extended period of time.
