Keep, it does pass general notability guidelines with "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject,". Additionally, this precedence has already been set in wikipedia. There are many NFL player pages on Wikipedia that have had a similar NFL career and remain. What separates this player even further is that he was a high profile player in high school and college and played at a much higher level collegiately than others with a similar NFL career strengthening the need to keep.
