I wrote this article at the time I thought it was needed. here are the main reasons we would like to have it deleted. 1. poorly sourced, misrepresentation of the individual after research and review. 2. Article vulnerable to vandalism due to ongoing court case. 3. no need for notability article on living persons. Perhaps in the future an AFC on individual would be written about.
