  • Keep per WP:NPOL. The article states He was a member of the Vermont House of Representatives in 1906, which satisfies the Politicians and judges who have held international, national, or (for countries with federal or similar systems of government) state/province–wide office, or have been members of legislative bodies at those levels. criteria from WP:NPOL. It was uncited at the time, but I've add a citation for it since. snood1205(Say Hi! (talk)) 03:20, 4 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep per WP:BASIC. To my surprise, plenty of coverage of him in his capacity as a lawyer for the railroads. (Perhaps in this trust-busting era, railroad lawyers were a hot topic.) Plus the political position as Snood notes, although I didn't see much coverage of that. AleatoryPonderings (???) (!!!) 05:54, 4 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Withdraw nomination. I missed that part about the House of Representatives. Clarityfiend (talk) 08:50, 4 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
