- He is irrelevant now, but was relevant 20 years ago and was a household name. Keep meets WP:AUTHOR (clause 3) through his notable work on "Vladimir Vladimirovich". While it can be challenging to locate online sources from twenty years ago, a preliminary search reveals two interviews on the BBC (1, 2). The work has been featured in a national newspaper and comprehensively reviewed in the major literary journal, Novy Mir.
