I don't believe being the 17th UK victim of a particular disease meets the criteria for Wikipedia:Notability (people). This information is more appropriate for inclusion in the article for the disease itself, Variant Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease. — TAnthony^Talk 23:27, 25 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
