Keep Amended added more book reviews and use of his opinions in research and books. As a regular writer for several news outlets, and his finance writing he is notable.Davidstewartharvey (talk) 10:07, 28 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Delete. Lynn evidently writes for prominent publications, but I can't find any evidence that his works have won significant critical attention, or that a work of his writing has been the subject of multiple independent periodical articles or reviews, and I don't see how any of the other WP:NAUTHOR criteria apply.
