Fails WP:GNG. All the sources refer to a proposed bill. This bill was never became law - it was introduced in the House of Representatives and went to a House Committee, where it died. https://www.countable.us/bills/hr4717-114-mandating-america-s-responsibility-to-limit-abuse-negligence-and-depravity-act/activity

- Delete - the first source never even mentions this bill, the Fox News cite is -- by their own admission -- entertainment and not news, and the third is the only real source and that isn't enough. It was never passed, and is extremely unlikely to pass in the next three years. Not all proposed laws are automatically notable, because there are so many that get proposed and go into the trash bin of parliamentary tabling. Bearian (talk) 20:09, 5 August 2020 (UTC)
