No indication of notability. None of the references is significant third-party coverage of Graham. Two are Graham being interviewed about something, one is written by Graham, the fourth is a press release by his former employer. Some of the sources don't even confirm the specific sentences they're cited for. This is after a recent round of editing and improvement in response to a PROD.
