I'm not convinced that she meets WP:BIO or WP:GNG, but it is obviously difficult when sources are mainly in Japanese. Delete I'm afraid. Even using "まどかまこ" in my search I fail to find enough coverage in reliable sources. Just a question though: does anyone know how her real name (Misuzu) is written in Japanese? Delete I didn't find anything either. Do we even know if the only source used is considered reliable? Thats quite important being a Bio article. I thought it was rather telling she has no ja.wiki but thats not conclusive. At least one of her books is listed on Amazon japan, but that doesn't prove notability.
