There is a lack of significant coverage in reliable sources regarding the subject. I've found just this New Indian Express [1] source which may be significant and reliable but insufficient to establish notability. The subject is described as a debutante and his work in films may not be noteworthy. I believe this article does not pass the notability criteria listed at WP:GNG and WP:NFILMMAKER.
