Not yet notable per WP:MUSICBIO. A WP:BEFORE search turns up no significant coverage in WP:Reliable sources. The part about "promising artist" is from SoundBetter.com, and vaguely says "Considered a Promising artist on Billboard's "Next Big Sound", but I can find no confirmation of this in a reliable source.
