WP:BLP, with some advertorial overtones, of a person who is notable only as a local media personality in a single midsized media market, and who is referenced only to a single deadlinked article in a local community weekly newspaper. This is not a claim of notability that gives a person automatic inclusion rights on Wikipedia -- if he could be sourced over WP:GNG for it there would be a case for inclusion, but the referencing here fails to accomplish that.
