Keep More than enough blue links to make this a valid list. Any issues can be fixed by editing. Public housing is an obviously notable topic and this is a valid grouping of articles. Proposer seems to confuse a directory with a list or index. --Colapeninsula (talk) 08:36, 10 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
