This is one of those "List of X of Y" lists for which we have no notability criteria. My arguments for deletion are the following: 1. this is functionally a category, not a list suited for the mainspace; 2. there is no possible way this list will ever be exhaustive at any point in the future; 3. imagine if we had a List of motorcycles and scooters with an internal combustion engine: this would not make sense, would it? Delete The world is moving more and more to electric vehicles. This page has limited use now and will become worse. I think list of motorcycles and scooters with an internal combustion engine is a solid analogy. -- Bob drobbs (talk) 04:20, 23 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Delete The items that have links just link to the company's article, or link to the name of the vehicle which then redirects to the company article. So the article now has no purpose. If enough electric motorcycles and scooters had their own Wikipedia articles, then the list would be valid. Dream Focus 17:19, 23 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Delete Thanks for this nom. I'm the originator of this page and actually in favour of the deletion. Some context: This is an on-going topic of discussion throughout BEV articles on Wikipedia. Most were created a decade ago when BEVs were less common, and are sorely outdated. This page itself, was actually migrated from just one of the sections on the monolithic List_of_production_battery_electric_vehicles as a stopgap while other lists were integrated and pared down. You can see previous discussions at: [1] and [2], including some counter-arguments. One notable counter-argument would be that List of human-powered aircraft exists, as does List of aircraft. Tagging User:N2e here as well, as they've been pretty vocal throughout this process. No coffee, please. (talk) 21:23, 23 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
