Content of article is already covered by List of countries by level of military equipment. Unnecessary to maintain two articles which cover the same topic.

You will also notice these columns are unsourced. The article has been reliant on OR for the values in these columns as the few references in the article do not give total or tonnage figures. Considering I cannot find any reliable sources for tonnage or totals, and the article doesn't give any either, then it doesn't belong on Wikipedia. Remember that everything on Wikipedia has to be verifiable through the use of reliable sources. Yes, it has to be verifiable. Not necessarily immediately verified. The question is whether this article is viable and useful and on a notable topic, not whether it is currently in a finished state. I challenge you then, to find a reliable source for the tonnage column. Because if you cannot, just as I cannot, then how can that column ever be verifiable? And if that column is not verifiable, then it doesn't belong on Wikipedia. Delete. This falls under WP:INDISCRIMINATE - virtually every country with a coast will have had a warship of some description at some time or another - and will have had some sort of navy as well, making this redundant to List of navies, which should be expanded instead. - The Bushranger _{One ping only} 06:22, 4 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Merge to list of countries by level of military equipment. As a separate article, I think this is a WP:CONTENTFORK, and it would be better to merge the additional information into the more comprehensive list that exists at list of countries by level of military equipment. -- Notecardforfree (talk) 21:24, 8 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Redirect to List of countries by level of military equipment. It is an indiscrimanent list and it does fail WP:Stand-alone lists. I was tempted to recommend deltion, but there is adequate coverage of warships at List of countries by level of military equipment.
