Delete. There is nothing to merge. This was mistakenly created as a category (by a new user who didn't have an idea of what categories are). The same user then created List of Kerala cartoonists with exactly same contents. Meanwhile, the category was deleted. The admin who deleted it, created another article at List of Kerala Cartoonists without realizing that the user has already duplicated it at List of Kerala cartoonists. The redirect will serve no purpose, as anybody searching for List of Kerala Cartoonists will be automatically redirected to List of Kerala cartoonists. Also, the article has only two contributors (including the AfD nominator and the admin who deleted the category).
