A housing building that apparently has some local notoriety, but does not appear to meet the notability threshold of the WP:GNG. I can find nothing but very local coverage of the location, and even that is very spotty. For example, the only source currently in the article is a local, Nashville News story, and isn't even about the building itself, but an incident that occurred in front of it. I initially mistakenly PRODed this, not realizing it had already had a declined PROD years ago, and it was suggested that I should instead bring it to AFD instead. - Delete This article essentially has no references as the only reference is "WCTV local Nashville news" which does not do much to help narrow down the exact news report in question. Additionally, the reference appears to be about the robbery story, which is unique, but not nearly enough to satisfy WP:GNG. The information about the building itself has no sources and there is nothing about this article that suggests notability. --Puzzledvegetable|💬|📧|📜 16:22, 5 July 2019 (UTC)

- G3 Speedy Applied WCTV is in Thomasville, Georgia serving Tallahassee, so the 'reference' is a complete hoax. There are zero G-hits about a Jeremy Wiggins in Nashville, much less the child being terrorized about his drinks stand. Main two editors never edited again after 2007. The Nashville Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency has never had a property named for Lincoln, and after this and the DAB on Google with a Boolean search, I get an apartment complex in Racine, Wisconsin, and this page with all public housing in the state shows only two buildings named for Lincoln, not in Nashville. Every single thing about this article is complete fiction, thus it needs to go as a completely blatant hoax (the longevity certainly makes it a WP:HOAXLIST candidate). After this, the article for Lincoln Manor (San Francisco) should be moved over it. Nate • (chatter) 19:22, 5 July 2019 (UTC)
