The result was speedy keep per WP:SK#1. A valid rationale for deletion is not present. For example, per WP:NEXIST, notability is based on the existence of suitable sources, not on the state of sourcing in an article. In other words, if an article has no sources in it, this does not automatically default to the topic being non-notable. See WP:DEL-REASON for examples of valid rationales.
