Merge with Doppelmayr Garaventa Group. I confess I used Google translate, but according to the company's website, they were bought out in December 2013.[1] I'm pretty sure that's what happened, anyway. According to this, the company had 6 employees in 2014. I don't think that's reliable, but lacking better sources, it strongly suggests that this company is too small to expect independent notability.
