I can't find anything indicating this person is notable. The two "sources" in the article mention the subject in passing, in exactly one sentence each. Googling yields the standard LinkedIn/Facebook/what have you, but nothing of substance. I don't see anything to indicate that a further search for sources would be fruitful, nor are there currently enough to sustain the article.
