Copyied and pasted from this page. Content from Florida state government is PD, but it is not entirely clear that the government (Florida DOT in this case) actually published the site. Also, PD is not a license to copy without attribution. Agree, delete and recreate—the topic should have an article, but this isn't the way to go about it. CSD G12 would apply if it weren't for the ambiguity over FDOT's role in creating the website that was copied here.
