Delete. An O-6 would presumably not get an automatic pass for WP:ANYBIO, and I don't see significant coverage in reliable sources. The decorations and positions held appear insufficient to warrant inclusion. At best, this is just a resume. --Kinu ^t/_c 21:15, 30 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
