Fails WP:GNG. Article is largely based on Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. There is very little to actual relations: no embassies, agreements, state visits. A bit of tourism but tourism is one of Laos largest industries. Article even states "there have been no Spanish investment operations in Laos or Laotian investment in Spain" and "Laos is a low-income country that is not among the priorities of Spanish cooperation" LibStar (talk) 01:38, 10 November 2021 (UTC)

- Delete. Not seeing evidence of significant coverage in reliable sources that would establish the notability of this topic. Yilloslime (talk) 04:10, 16 November 2021 (UTC)
