I don't see how it meets any notability criteria. The article comprises all run-of-the-mill career graph of an academician. RationalPuff (talk) 12:09, 3 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete. This is clearly the same subject as the previous time around (birth details match), despite the common name. Although the article calls him vice chancellor of a university, it is a small new private school, not a major or state-sponsored institution. So I don't think this lets him pass WP:PROF#C6, and we have no other evidence of notability. Given the severe promotional problems of the previously-deleted version, and the re-creation after deletion, I think salt may also be in order. —David Eppstein (talk) 08:21, 4 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. Victoria University is a young University but not a school. This university is an accredited University by the Government of Uganda's national accreditation agency "Uganda National Council for Higher Education". Here is the link- https://unche.or.ug/webpages/programs.aspx?INTINST=36 This University stands at 12th Rank nationally- https://www.4icu.org/reviews/15109.htm — Preceding unsigned comment added by 1.22.78.146 (talkcontribs) 1.22.78.146 (talk) has made few or no other edits outside this topic.
The article is not about the University. But regardless the subject don't satisfy the nobility criteria - The person has held a highest-level elected or appointed administrative post at a "major academic institution or major academic society." RationalPuff (talk) 20:24, 5 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
