Speedy Delete per WP:CSD#A10. After deletion, okay with a redirect of this short searchable title to the existing O Kadhal Kanmani. Apparently the anon IP author was unaware he was writing about a film already released and reviewed... a film which easily meets WP:NF and has numerous reviews.
