Not enough coverage in independent, reliable sources to verify or sustian article. Fails Wikipedia's General Notability Guidelines and the notability criteria for events. Specifically it has only routine local coverage. Even that coverage is of the 'fluffy bunny' variety and not the in-depth coverage which would contribute to notability.
