keep ant delect this coz this person being a controversial personality in his country. His article has been attacked (several times) with vandalism in past. Delete having no reliable secondary sources, just WP:PRIMARY quote sites and a WP:NEWSPRIMARY/WP:BLOGS interview. Seems to have been speedied in the past as Khayal Abbas Akhtar (with a lowercase K). --McGeddon (talk) 11:27, 17 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
